During these challenging times, the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff remains our top priority. After all, vacation should melt your stress away.
To this end, the team of Andromeda Resort wishes to inform you that in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the Greek Government, EFET Hellenic Food Authority, World Health Organisation and other relevant local authorities, a daily sanitation and operations plan has been constructed that takes into account the complete guest experience from the moment you arrive until you head back home, so that you can be sure you will have a completely carefree and enjoyable stay.
ONGOING TRAINING & PROCEDURES
Our hotel team is regularly updated on best practices and updates to procedures to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
MASKS & PRACTICE PHYSICAL DISTANCING
It is made sure that the required distance of 2 meters is always kept in all public areas, whilst all our team members wear a mask when front-facing & serving.
ENHANCED CLEANING PRACTICES / HYGIENE
Guest rooms and public spaces are frequently ventilated, thoroughly and regularly cleaned and sanitized with a focus on high-touch areas (doors and door knobs, windows, bathroom, lighting switches etc). The chemicals used are effective for disinfection, while also being easy on humans and the environment.
Breakfast is prepared and managed according to best practices and covid19 guidelines. Management and cleaning of all food products takes place following the guidelines. Breakfast is served at room for all guests, and our serving team members wear face masks at all times.
Team members delivering and collecting room service will wear disposable gloves and face mask and will not enter the guest’s room.
HAND SANITIZER STATIONS
Disinfection kits are stationed in public areas to allow our guests to easily sanitize their hands.
JACUZZI - POOL
The pH and chlorine levels in the jacuzzi/pool are kept within the limits of the required standards and their values are frequently checked. The sunbeds are cleaned and disinfected by our staff on a daily basis.
PREVENTING CONTACT INFECTION
Contactless guest services including handing out room key, menu ordering and payment, are provided when possible.
